[Group Booking Policy]

Bookings of five or more rooms with the same check-in date will be classified as a group booking and will be subject to separate payment and cancellation policies.

Payment must be completed within 48 hours of the booking confirmation.

Once payment has been completed within the specified period, the booking will be subject to restricted cancellation and modification conditions. Please note that refunds may not be available in such cases.

If payment is not completed within the specified period or we are unable to contact you, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

• ※Bookings of five or more rooms with the same check-in date will be classified as a group booking. - It is recommended to use public transportation on weekends and holidays as parking spaces may be crowded.
- If the hotel's underground parking lot is full, it can be used as an outside parking lot (10 minutes walk) and please take information from the staff.

- Because of the credit card payment issue, please make sure the name of the reservation and the name of the real guest have to be same. Kindly be informed if the name is different, unable to proceed check in.
