Any additional people that are not included in the original reservation are not allowed to stay.
Extra person charge: KRW 10,000 per person beyond the standard occupancy. However, no extra person is allowed for hotel room types

- Fees: Children 20,000 KRW for 2 hours, accompanying adult 5,000 KRW, additional 1,000 KRW per 10 minutes
- Usage Rules: Children under 12 months or over 150cm in height are not allowed. Children aged 13–36 months or under 120cm must be accompanied by a guardian (children over 120cm may enter alone).
- Non-slip socks required / No re-entry after exit / No outside food allowed / No refunds after 10 minutes of entry.

Water Park, Infinity Pool, and Jjimjilbang (Korean Sauna) Usage Information

• Until August 31, 2026: Infinity Pool and Indoor/Outdoor Water Park operate as usual.
• From September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026: Infinity Pool will be closed due to resort construction.
• Jjimjilbang: Free entry with Water Park ticket purchase (rental clothing fee: 3,000 KRW).
• Water Park (Indoor/Outdoor): 10:00–19:00. For detailed rates and operation info, please refer to the official website.
• Note: Children under 36 months must bring a health insurance certificate or family register for age verification.
• Aqua shoes are required for entry (Crocs, sandals, and slippers are not allowed).
