- Minors can only stay with their guardians, and even with the consent of their guardians, they cannot stay without them.

- You can only enter if the name of the reservation and guest is the same.
If the names of the reservation and the guest are different, admission will be denied.

Notices:

Please wear swimwear or rash guards and swim caps when using the pool.

Lost or damaged admission tickets cannot be reissued or refunded, and re-entry is not allowed.

If there are no issues with the admission ticket, you can use the pool at any time during the operating hours on the day.

Excessive photography that inconveniences other guests may be restricted, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Underwater photography and locker room photography with any equipment, including mobile phones, are prohibited, and personal internet broadcasting (including live streaming) is also prohibited. Please take note.

External food is not allowed, and pool use is prohibited if tanning oil/products are applied.

Only boomerang tubes, beach balls, and life jackets are allowed in the infinity pool. All other items are prohibited (round tubes, flamingos, bed types, etc.).

For safe use, please actively cooperate with the guidance of lifeguards and staff. Entry and observation in casual clothes, except for staff, are not allowed for safety reasons.

The outdoor pool is a no-pet zone.

Children under 1.3 meters in height must wear a life jacket regardless of swimming ability, and children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian to enter the pool. (Entry is not allowed without a guardian, and refunds or alternative products are not available.)

If you have tattoos, please cover them so they are not visible.

Patients with eye diseases, skin diseases, or other infectious diseases are not allowed to use the pool, and customers with allergies to pool disinfectants are advised not to use the pool.

Pool usage (hours, operation) may be suspended or changed without notice due to weather changes and safety inspections. If the pool is not operational for these reasons, customers who purchased the pool admission package will be offered the following menu as a substitute. According to the Water Leisure Safety Act Enforcement Decree, there is a 10-minute break after 50 minutes of operation every hour. (Swimming is prohibited during the break time.)
