Mangrove Dongdaemun operates as a New Living House and does not offer the same standards of service as hotels and other general accommodations.

[Guide to Accompanying Children]

Minors are not permitted to stay alone (must be accompanied by an adult guardian).
Eligible Accompanying Age: Minors 8 years and older may stay with a guardian.
Accompanying children are not permitted if the room capacity exceeds the maximum (e.g., 2 adults + 1 child in a double room).
Maximum Occupancy: Varies by room type/Maximum 2 guests.
Bedding, baby supplies, and separate rollaway beds for infants are not provided.

[Facility and Usage Restrictions]

All rooms and buildings are non-smoking (smoking will incur a penalty fee).
Separate policies and additional fees apply for reservations of 5 or more rooms.
Compensation fees apply for damaged or lost items.
Cooking is prohibited in rooms (shared kitchen available).
Pets are not allowed.
Bathtubs vary depending on the room layout (room assignment is random).
Disposable amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided.
Parking is not available (public transportation is recommended).

[Room Cleaning]

Stays of 6 nights or less: Paid room cleaning available.
Stays of 6 nights or more: One free room cleaning.
Long-term stay promotions for 7 nights or more: Room cleaning service not included / Paid room cleaning available.

[Mobile Self-Check-in Instructions]

Upon arrival at Mangrove Dongdaemun, scan the QR code at the self-check-in desk on the first floor and enter your reservation information to check in on your mobile phone.

[Luggage Room Usage Guide]

Location: Opposite the check-in desk
Available before check-in and after check-out → Available until midnight on the day of check-out

[Late Check-in Guide]

Entrance Hours: 7:00 AM - 1:00 AM
If you arrive after 1:00 AM, please scan the QR code on the notice at the entrance and use your mobile phone for self-check-in.
