Operating hours: 08:00–22:00
Adults and children aged 8 or older: KRW 30,000
Children under 8: KRW 20,000 ※ Must be accompanied by a guardian.
During winter or depending on on-site operating conditions, the operating hours and fees may change, or access may end earlier than scheduled.

※ The above rooms are sold based on the rate for a standard occupancy of four guests.

An additional guest fee of KRW 30,000 per person applies when the standard occupancy is exceeded.
If there are additional guests, payment must be completed before check-in to proceed with check-in.
Additional bedding will be prepared after payment has been completed.
Additional bedding may not be available for requests made on the day.
The maximum occupancy limit for each room cannot be exceeded.
The number of guests in the room will be checked after check-in is completed.

In accordance with government policy, disposable amenities are not provided in the rooms.

■ PET INFORMATION
Pets are permitted only in designated pet rooms.
Only small dogs weighing less than 5 kg are allowed.
One pet is included as standard, with a maximum of two pets permitted.
An additional fee of KRW 30,000 applies for each additional pet.
Only dogs that have received a rabies vaccination are permitted.
Pets may not use the room bedding and must not be left unattended in the room.
Additional charges may apply for facility damage, contamination, marking, noise, or accidents.
Large dogs are not permitted. (If a guest brings a pet into a standard room, they may be required to leave the property.)

■ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Minors may stay only when accompanied by a guardian.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including in the rooms and on balconies.
Restoration or replacement charges may apply for damaged or missing room items or stained bedding, based on the restoration cost or original purchase price.
A reissue fee will apply if the elevator key card is lost.
Specific room locations and bed types cannot be guaranteed or selected.

■ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-out: 11:00
Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to check in after 20:00.
For same-day reservations, room preparation may take approximately one hour or longer.

■ MOBILE SELF CHECK-IN
The mobile room key will be sent via KakaoTalk on the check-in date. ※ A contact number is required when making the reservation.
Room assignment details will be available after 15:00 on the check-in date.
Please collect the elevator key card from the locker on B1 floor.
Upon check-out, leave the elevator key card in the room and press the check-out button.
For check-in after 20:00, please request approval from the hotel in advance.

■ ROOM INFORMATION
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and on all terraces.
A penalty of KRW 300,000 will be charged for smoking. If the room cannot be sold as a result, additional room charges may apply.
Cooking is not permitted in the rooms.
Simple cooking is permitted in some rooms. Please contact the hotel for details.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
Netflix is available. Please use your personal account.
Basic room-cleaning service is not provided during your stay.
