Very modern looking like a club. We stayed at a 2 queen beds family room. Room is big, but odd layout. Shower is big but just a single small sink with barely any table space. The in-room water dispenser is a nice surprise, however there is no ice. Everything seems to be clean and not old.Fridge is supet tiny, it can only fit 3 bottles of water nothing else. It is more like a wine cooler. Nice chocolate gift Bed is firm. AC works but these time to adjust. They did provided a fan. Central laundry room is free to use foe wash and dry.clothes and iron at the laundry room. Overall a very nice hotel at the shopping strip but pricey.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we were welcomed back. The room was smaller than we had anticipated but it did meet our needs although having a table and chairs but no space for it seemed confusing. Really nice atmosphere and staff were helpful as always.

I loved staying at this hotel it was in the perfect location to everything. The staff were amazing. They have a laundry room that was simple and easy to figure out. They have a scale for luggage that was nice. The food area was amazing, the staff the food the cleanliness of the hotel. I was so impressed every day.

Thanks to Max Chung, our stay at Moxy was amazing!  The first room we got was unfortunately too small for our luggage. We are two sisters in our mid 50's who were staying at Moxy for 11 nights and while the beds were big, the room was too small. If the room had twin beds instead of full beds, it might have been fine.  Max was able to move us into a much larger rooms to fit all of our luggage a couple of days after we arrived which made our stay so worth it.  We told all of our friends and family members about Moxy and how wonderful Max was to move us into a bigger room.   Moxy was in a perfect location in Myeongdong.  There is so much happening in this neighborhood and where I will stay in the future. It was very close to the train stations, bus stations and the Myeongdong night market which came in handy when we didn't know what we wanted to eat for dinner but didn't want to eat too much food.  There was a convenient store right next to the hotel which we would pick up our water every morning and evening.   The only constructive feedback we would have would be for the cleaning crew.  Our person didn't sweep the floors daily which wouldn't have been too bad for those who don't lose as much hair as we do.  We did use the spare toilet paper and it would have been nice to have them replace the last roll with another one.  The cleaner did replace the one on the rod when it was getting low so that made us feel a little better.

The " smaller than accustomed to" room had everything we (3 people) needed. Location is perfectly located in the heart of the shopping district. Breakfast in the hotel was very good. However, all meals can be found around the hotel at numerous eateries and food trucks. We will be staying there again when we return.

While the room was a little on the small side, everything else about this hotel was awesome. The staff were great, the location was perfect and the amenities on point. It has a trendy kind of vibe and met all of our expectations. Cant say enough about how helpful everyone was during our stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Great location with easy subway, bus, and walking options to see the city. Just at the edge of the night market in Myeongdong which means all the fun is steps away without the noise. The Moxy is fun and quirky with lovely rooms and amenities. We got a loft bed for our teen which was a great option!
