I stayed here for one night. The hotel is very nice and tidy. The staff are very friendly and the location is perfect. The hotel would have been nicer, but it was noisy with noisy guests up and down the hallway, not the hotel's fault. But every hour at least there was a loud rumbling through the water pipes that woke us up every time. Get the plumbing fixed and it will be the top spot on Nasal Beach.

We stayed as a family of 4, booked 2 twin rooms. A day before the confirmation call, I was called to confirm my arrival time, which was a nice touch. Staffs not very impressive, but also not disappointing, just very average. They were kind and polite but not too eager to go further. The room was very clean and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The room was small but perfect for 2 people with all the necessities in a suitable size. We had mountain view, which we had already expected. We were out in the morning and back in the evening, so this didn't bother us at all. Mountain view is basically a view of loading bay but is very well kept clean and tidy. Saunas are very clean and worth trying. The location is very very good. The next time we will definitely go back and hopefully try sea view.

The kids club at this hotel was cool close to the temple which was wonderful, the rooms had been tastefully renovated, the kids club was great, but it didn't open until rp and shut at alpha approve, which is not cool! The spa was an extra fee, and I didn't use the rooftop, which had wonderful views, but it had been used. No chairs, and not a bar. Breakfast lacked fresh sashimi, poor coffee, no tea alternatives, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, eggs on request or scrambled in self service, and lots of Korean condiments. Everything was replenished regularly and spotless, but I didn't enjoy it, despite how well-restocked and neat it was. Not awful, but not outstanding either. The mountain view room, which overlooked a collection of trees on a small hill above the driveway, was just back of the hotel and faced a bunch of trees on a small hill. A total letdown if you expect a lovely mountain view. Towels had a terrible bleach-like scent. A couple had holes in them, and visitors in a location like this shouldn't be using them. Very high pillows. Beds are cozy. Although we reserved a double room for 2 adults and kids, our reservation included free breakfast for 2 adults. Kids under 5 and older 2 $ USd

Max occupancy of Standard ondol and Standard Double Mountain View have been changed to 2 persons. Guests are not allowed to stay if exceeding max occupancy(One child under 7 years old can be accompanied).

From April 10, 2023 (Mon), 'disposable supplies' in the room will be suspended.
- Disposable items (toothpaste and toothbrush, etc.) are not provided in the room.
- If you need disposable items, you can purchase them at convenience stores and vending machines located on the B1 floor.
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided as large-capacity (dispenser) products.
