There is no swimming pool in the hotel, and the pool service is exposed as serviceable due to a system error, so please check before booking.

Only guests born in 2007 who have already passed their birthday may stay alone. Guests under the age of 19 are not allowed to check in without a legal guardian. As of 2026, only guests aged 19 or older after their birthday are permitted to stay unaccompanied.


Parking is available from one hour before check-in on the day of arrival until one hour after check-out on the day of departure.


The swimming pool is currently not in operation and is not available. There are no plans to reopen it.

The sauna is closed for regular maintenance on the second Monday of every month. During the summer season (July–August), the sauna will be closed for two days on the following dates: July 13–14 and August 10–11.
Sauna closure dates (2026): May 11, 2026, June 15, 2026, July 13-14, 2026, August 10-11, 2026, September 14, 2026, October 12, 2026, November 9, 2026, December 14, 2026.

For guests staying in the Premier Family Suite, the sofa bed can be set up by the guests themselves if needed. A bedding bag and in-room instruction guide are provided in the room. (When the sofa bed is unfolded: 2 m in width × 2 m in length / Bedding bag: includes a double-size bedding set.)
Extra beds are not available in Family Rooms.
A table is available upon request for Deluxe Family Twin rooms.

Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. Additional parking is available at an extra charge.
Sauna (paid facility): For safety reasons, children under eight years old (preschool age) are not allowed. Children aged eight years and above must be accompanied by a guardian.
Fitness center (free): Available to adult guests only.
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not provided.
