- Parking is only available during the reserved time. Absolutely no early parking before the reserved time. Only one vehicle per room is allowed.
- All vehicles must be parked underground, and refusal will result in denied entry.
- Trucks are not allowed to park. Parking is not available for walk-in reservations.
- Minors are not allowed to book, and refusal to verify ID will result in denied entry with no cancellation or refund.
- Infants and pets are not allowed. All rooms are based on double occupancy, and no additional guests are allowed.
- Gatherings of more than three people in one room are prohibited, and violations will result in eviction without a refund and police notification.
- Additional bedding is not available. Rooms 1, 2, and 3 are equipped with all-in-one PCs (available in some suites and deluxe rooms). Please visit on your reserved date and provide your name.
- If the name of the guest differs from the reservation name, please inform us in advance.
- For extended stays, additional charges apply for weekdays as day-use and weekends as overnight stays (payable on-site/inquire on-site).
