Please note that the hotel does not accept special requests.

1. Extra Bedding:
Traditional Korean-style floor bedding sets are provided for extra guests. Rollaway beds, baby cribs, and bed guards are not provided.
2. Luggage Storage:
Complimentary luggage storage service is available for up to 3 hours both before check-in and after check-out.
3. Complimentary Light Breakfast:
A full breakfast buffet is not served. Instead, a complimentary self-serve light breakfast (toast, soy milk, juice, etc.) is provided in the lobby from 06:30 to 10:00.
4. Lobby Amenities:
Bottled water, yogurt, freshly brewed coffee, and ice are available free of charge in the lobby at all times. Please note that these amenities are for indoor consumption only and cannot be taken outside the hotel.
5. Event & Party Restrictions:
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, the use of fireworks, parties, gatherings, and any promotional or celebratory events inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
6. No Outside Food & Delivery:
To maintain a pleasant and hygienic environment, outside food is prohibited in the guest rooms, and food delivery services are not permitted on the premises.
7. Courier/Parcel Policy:
The hotel does not accept or store incoming courier parcels arriving before check-in or after check-out. Any such shipments will be returned to the sender immediately.


Guest Guidelines & Policies

Check-in Instructions

1. Identification & Late Check-in:
Guests must present a valid ID (of either the primary booker or the actual occupant) upon check-in. If you plan to check in after 22:00, you must notify the hotel in advance. Failure to arrive by the final check-in deadline without prior notice may result in a "No-Show" status.
2. Parking Information:
Parking requires a prior request. Complimentary parking is limited to one vehicle per room, available from 16:00 (official check-in time). Please note that vehicles exceeding a height of 2.1 meters, as well as buses and trucks, cannot be accommodated.
3. Key Management & Alternative Parking:
To optimize parking efficiency, all vehicle keys must be stored and managed at the front desk, and vehicles may be parked in the hotel’s automated parking tower. If you do not wish to leave your vehicle keys with the hotel, please utilize nearby public parking lots (subject to separate parking fees).
4. Strictly Non-Smoking:
The entire property, including all guest rooms, is strictly non-smoking. A deep-cleaning and restoration fee of KRW 100,000 will be charged if indoor smoking is detected.
5. Minor Policy:
Minors under the age of 19 are prohibited from staying alone and must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
6. Child & Extra Guest Policy:
Infants (0–24 months) stay free of charge. Children aged 3 and above are subject to the same rates as additional adults.
7. Pet Policy:
Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. Certified service dogs for the visually impaired are the only exception.


Housekeeping & Room Access Policy

The hotel provides daily housekeeping services between 08:00 and 17:00 to maintain hygiene standards, ensure safety equipment maintenance, and comply with quality benchmarks. Guests may opt out of or delay this service by displaying the DND (Do Not Disturb) sign on the door or by notifying the front desk.

Please be advised that in emergencies such as a fire, legal obligations, or when required for facility protection, authorized hotel personnel may enter the room following strict protocols with a minimal number of staff, even without prior consent from the guest.
