No additional charge will be charged for additional guest. However, additional costs of KRW 22,000 per guest per night will be charged for extra bedding set.
Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Pyeongchang is regulating the use of single-use plastics due to government guidelines that will be in effect from 2022.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap are provided as reusable products, and other room amenities such as toothbrushes and disposable items can be purchased from the vending machines provided in the hotel.

1) Sauna closing days: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month (twice a month)

Kids’ Outdoor Swimming Pool The kids’ outdoor swimming pool is open daily from 16 July 2026 to 23 August 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00, with no break time. Operations may be suspended due to severe weather conditions or at the discretion of the lifeguard.
Admission fees are the same for adults and children. The standard rate is KRW 33,000. In-house guests and local residents receive a 10% discount, for a rate of KRW 29,700. Guests who make advance reservations receive a 20% discount, for a rate of KRW 26,400. The group rate for 20 guests or more is KRW 23,000. The package rate is also KRW 23,000. Admission is free for children aged 36 months and under.

●Admission is based on one pet dog per room. Up to two dogs are allowed; however, adding a second dog incurs an additional KRW 30,000 fee.
●Dogs over 30 kg are not allowed as an additional pet. (Amenities provided for an additional pet: 2 pet pads and 2 bags.)
