If balloons are popped in the room, a cleaning fee of KRW 50,000 may apply.
Charges may apply for damage to walls or floors, or for stains and other contamination.
Any damage discovered after check-in must be compensated by the guest.
Depending on the extent of the damage, room charges during the repair period may also apply.
Lost items found during room inspection will be kept for 14 days before disposal.
Perishable food items will be disposed of on the same day.
Foods with strong odors or spices (for example, seafood or mala-tang) are not allowed in the room.

Consecutive-night stays are not available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Weekday consecutive-night reservations are non-refundable if cancelled.
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per room.
Advance parking is not available.
Parking is not available for “Open Special Price” rooms.
Parking is available in the building parking area and the underground parking lot (car lift parking).
Parking is available only during your stay (overnight or day-use).
Please exit the parking lot when you check out.
An air dresser is available in Special Room (TWIN) only.
