■ Pet Friendly Room Information
• Only rooms labeled ‘Pet Friendly’ allow pets.
• Only small and medium dogs under 15kg are allowed (legal dangerous breeds or aggressive breeds are not permitted).
• Proof of rabies vaccination and comprehensive vaccination within the last 2 years is required.
• Dogs under 5 months old are not allowed (except those that have completed rabies vaccination).
• Playground operation has ended.
• No welcome kit provided.
• Separate pet amenities are provided.


■ Pet Friendly Room Type Guidelines
• Family/Suite: 1 dog included (1 additional dog allowed, KRW 30,000 per extra dog)
• Provided items: pet bed, bowls, pee pad/tray, deodorizer, wet wipes, lint roller
• In elevators and hallways, pets must be carried in a stroller or bag, or held in arms. In other public areas, a leash (max 1.5m) is required according to animal protection law.
• If a pet is left alone in the room, guests may be asked to check out (due to safety concerns or barking from separation anxiety).
• Pets are not allowed in food and beverage outlets.
• Owners must immediately clean up after their pets throughout the hotel.
• If a pet causes significant disturbance (excessive barking, aggression, etc.) to other guests or pets, guests may be asked to check out.
