- Facility use consent form: Mandatory for guidance on businesses within the resort that allow pets and precautions - Fixed leash (1.5m) 1 per pet for rent (returned upon check-out)
-When moving around public areas, wear a fixed 1.5m leash in accordance with the Animal Protection Act
- We recommend using a stroller or carrier when moving (personal / rental products available)
- Room amenities: Cushion, dishes, 2 pet towels, litter box, adhesive tape, deodorant, 3 litter sheets 4. Playground use instructions
- Free use of the pet playground: 2 guardians for Family & Suites / 4 guardians for Silver & Gold
- Entry to the pet playground is restricted for dogs that have not been neutered
- Children under 130cm cannot use the pet playground
