[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceed themaximum occupancy of the room.
- Infants under 37 months of age are not counted in total occupancy.

[ MAKE UP ROOM ]
- Room cleaning is free of charge only when requested by the guest.
- To request room cleaning service, please contact us at least one day in advance viamobile frontdesk.

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. Incase of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow a compensationprocedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fineand restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours(After 9PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poorcondition by guests.
- Location and design of the furniture ,view may differ from the picture.


Urbanstay Staz Ulsan is equipped with a central heating and cooling system.
Air conditioning is available from May to September, and heating is provided from November to March.
Please note that the operation period and hours for heating and cooling may change depending on local conditions such as outside temperature.
