**Regulations on Single-Use Products by the Ministry of Environment**

- Starting January 20, in accordance with the Ministry of Environment’s regulations on single-use products, the provision of complimentary amenities has been discontinued.
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash have been switched from single-use plastics to multi-use dispensers.
- Until December 31, 2023, some items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, soap, shower towels) will still be provided.

**General Regulations**
- The standard number of guests per room is 2. Additional guests will incur extra charges payable on-site.
- Access is restricted to registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors may lead to immediate eviction.
- Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay. For a minor’s stay, a guardian consent form must be obtained from the hotel.
- Rooms are assigned at check-in and may differ from the images shown.
- Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and public holidays (including the entire day).
- The hotel conducts room inspections before check-in and after check-out.
- An additional cleaning fee of KRW 30,000 will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly.
- Costs for repair or replacement of damaged or lost hotel property will be charged.
- Check-in is at 16:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out is KRW 10,000 per hour. After 14:00, a full night's rate will be charged.

**Long Stay Information**
- For guests staying multiple nights, room cleaning will be conducted during your absence if you leave before 14:00. Please notify the front desk if you plan to leave later.


**Additional Information**
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Netflix is accessible in the rooms.
- A 10,000 won fee will be charged for lost room keys.
- Please ensure that the window screens are closed when opening windows.
- Phone chargers are not provided as a standard amenity but can be rented from the front desk.
- Additional items can be requested at the front desk.

**Cooking Policy**

- Our hotel operates as a residence-type hotel, allowing cooking.
- Cooking is allowed in Residence (Double), Residence (Twin), Royal Suite, and Family Suite rooms.
- In Standard, Royal Standard, Superior, and Deluxe rooms, cooking is possible with additional cookware rental at a cost of 20,000 won.
- Basic rooms do not permit cooking.

- All rooms are non-smoking. A 100,000 won fine will be charged for smoking.
- Our hotel operates all rooms as non-smoking. A fine of 100,000 won will be imposed for smoking.
- An additional charge of 20,000 won per person applies for extra guests.
- Please inquire in advance for additional guests. Additional bedding may not be provided if requested on the day of arrival.

**Parking Information**
- Due to our hotel's location in the center of Suncheon, the parking tower is often used by non-hotel guests as well.
- The area in front of the parking tower is for vehicles waiting or unable to use the mechanical tower. Your understanding is appreciated.
- To facilitate smooth departure, please press the exit button 5 minutes before check-out or call the front desk.

Parking tower is available for use.
However, vans and SUV vehicles are not permitted.

Length: 5,050 mm or less
Height: 1,550 mm or less
Width: 1,900 mm or less
Weight: 1,850 kg or less
Only vehicles that meet these specifications are allowed to enter the parking tower.
