●Cancellation policy
100% cancellation and refund is possible until 17:00 on the 4th day from the check-in date. Cancellation and refund are not possible after that.
When a minor (under 19 years of age) stays, you must bring “Accommodation consent form” from your guardian before you can stay. When a minor stays, even if one person is of the opposite sex, it is absolutely not possible even if the parents’ consent is presented.

Weekdays: Additional KRW 10,000 per hour
Weekends (Friday and Saturday) and public holidays: Additional KRW 20,000 per hour
A fee of KRW 20,000 will be charged if the room card key is damaged or lost.

ㆍPlease note that operating hours may change due to severe weather conditions or natural disasters. The pool may open late or close early depending on the safety guard’s discretion and on-site circumstances.
ㆍPool tickets are single-use only. Re-entry is not allowed without purchasing a new ticket (available at the 6th floor front desk).
ㆍAdditional tickets: KRW 20,000 per person (Children under 48 months enter free with valid proof of age).
ㆍFor hygiene purposes, wearing a swim cap is mandatory. Entry will be denied without one. (Swim caps can be purchased at the 6th floor front desk for KRW 2,000 each).
ㆍChildren must be accompanied by an adult for safety reasons—no solo entry allowed.
ㆍEntry may be restricted if the pool exceeds maximum capacity.
ㆍLost tickets cannot be reissued.
ㆍLife jackets are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
ㆍPool depth: 1.1m (Only children’s flotation tubes are allowed)
ㆍPlease note that there are no shower or changing room facilities. (Towels will be provided)

- As a rule, requests and simultaneous payments are made on site, and additional reservations after 22:00 or preferential reservations before entering the room are not possible, and there can be no stock available due to limited number.

●1 set of Bath Amenity free per night (1 set 2,000 won for additional purchase / purchase at the front desk on the 6th floor)
●Disposable toothpaste, toothbrush: IT IS NOT FREE based on government policy, you can purchase 2 sets of 1,000 won at the front desk
●Residence service (tableware rental) KRW12,000 for 2 people, KRW15,000 for 4 people (On-site payment upon request, 1 pot, 1 frying pan, spoon, plate, spatula, ladle, cleaning supplies) / Leave it in the room when you leave, but be sure to wash it box
●There is a convenience store, currency exchange office, and game room on the first floor of the hotel building.
●The number of rooms is randomly assigned according to the system, and the view and internal structure may differ slightly depending on the number of floors, and refunds are not possible due to this reason. Also, the image may differ from the actual product.

Vehicles taller than 2m cannot be parked. If you visit the hotel with a vehicle taller than 2m, you will be responsible for arranging a parking lot and paying parking fees.
