[ Refund Policy ]
- 50% refund for same-day cancellations.
- No refunds for cancellations after check-in time.
- Cancellations are not possible within 1 hour before check-in.
★ Minors (underage guests) cannot stay alone
- Even if only one guest, minors are not allowed to check in.
- Infants and children are also not allowed to stay, even with a guardian.
★ Exception: If a minor needs to stay with a guardian for an exam
- Both the guardian’s and minor’s IDs, as well as a family relationship certificate, are required.

★ Suite Room (Party Room) Information
- Only same-gender guests are allowed for groups of two or more.
- Additional guest charges: Day use – KRW 10,000 per person; Overnight stay – KRW 20,000 per person (weekdays), KRW 30,000 per person (Fridays & Saturdays).
- Please inform the front desk in advance for any extensions.

★ ID verification required for all guests (including companions)
- All guests, including the person who made the reservation and their companions, must present valid ID at check-in. This applies even for instant bookings. If you do not have your ID, check-in may be denied and refunds will not be provided.
