[Additional Guest Charges]
ㅁ Additional charge per person exceeding the standard occupancy: 20,000 KRW
ㅁ If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, an extra charge will apply per person. Any unpaid extra guest fees must be settled on site.

ㅁ The barbecue area may be unavailable due to weather, season, or other reasons.
[Usage Guidelines]
ㅁ Due to the nature of real-time reservations, room availability may not be 100% accurate.
ㅁ Pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding.
ㅁ Double bookings may occur in rare cases; in such cases, the reservation with the earlier payment will be prioritized.
ㅁ Please keep rooms and facilities clean for the next guests.
ㅁ To avoid disturbing other guests, please refrain from excessive entertainment, drinking, or loud noise.
ㅁ For a pleasant and comfortable stay, exceeding the maximum occupancy is strictly prohibited.
ㅁ To prevent fire and odors, cooking pork, fish, or fermented foods (such as cheonggukjang) is not allowed in the rooms. Please use the designated outdoor areas or barbecue facilities.
ㅁ Upon check-out, please separate and dispose of all trash, including food waste, and wash any kitchenware you have used.
ㅁ Guests are responsible for any damage to the facilities during their stay.
ㅁ The property is not responsible for lost valuables; please take care of your belongings.
ㅁ Please inform the property manager of any damage or breakage of facilities.
ㅁ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
