The host was super nice and friendly, when I came out of my room he always asked if I wanted tea or coffee! Also on certain days there is free ramen for breakfast that the host makes for you! Also made a friend here that I traveled a little with!

Une super guesthouse, à 10min à pied de tout (restaurants, transports, magasins...) dans le quartier de Hongdae mais dans une rue au calme (attention ça monte !) La guesthouse est super mignonne et accueille environ 25 personnes tout au plus, donc pas de soucis pour les douches et toilettes partagés. Le propriétaire est adorable, propose café ou thé chaque matin. Niveau sécurité rien à dire et l'ambiance est vraiment incroyable, on s'y sent tellement comme à la maison que j'ai fini par y travailler quelques temps 😁

Old and very cute, quiet, friendly and welcoming! And the area is absolutely perfect if you like a calmer environment but still want to be close to transportation, city, and tourist life. Main station and buses are incredibly quick to get to but the hostel is still far enough away where you can retreat to tranquility after a long day. I wish their was just a little bit more utilities and a tiny bit cleaner? there was only one washer and no dryer, but I can’t complain as a laundromat is just down the street and you can dry your clothes outside on drying racks if there’s no weather troubles (I was here during monsoon season)! I chose the private room, and it was wonderful and very spacious, definitely made for more then one person, I was incredibly comfortable, my sheets were a bit rough but I had a wonderful room, peace & quiet, close to hongdae, kind staff, and a roof over my head for a great price. Truly cannot complain and would highly recommend :D

Saya menghabiskan sekitar 5 malam di Time Travellers Relax Seoul Guesthouse pada Januari 2024. Ini adalah asrama kecil tapi sangat nyaman dan memiliki semua yang Anda butuhkan: dapur, kamar mandi, shower, dan tempat tidur yang sangat bagus. Lokasinya sekitar 8 blok dari Stasiun Hongik Univ, jadi dekat dengan kereta bawah tanah dalam beberapa menit. Lokasinya juga sangat dekat dengan Hongdae, tempat di mana orang dapat menemukan restoran, bar, dan berbagai pilihan untuk dinikmati di malam hari. Staf sangat ramah, terutama pemilik yang selalu siap membantu Anda dengan apa pun yang Anda butuhkan. Jika saya kembali ke Seoul, saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi.

Absolutely loved staying here! The hostel is cute and the staff are friendly. The owner was super sweet with his recommendations and directions! I also thought it was so nice that he’d bring local fruit for breakfast and serve it. It was lovely!

Really warm and welcoming place to stay. I wouldn't say you're staying in the lap of luxury, we slept on futons that were acceptably comfortable, and the wifi worked *mostly*, but everyone we talked to was very friendly and open and out on adventures. Plus, I think that having a hostel with an intentional "while you're here, you're winding down and hanging out, not partying" vibe was a welcome break and helped us actually get a good night's sleep on our futons! All in, I would stay here again when I go back to Seoul.

Staff are very friendly! They really make you feel welcome and at home. The owner cooks a free lunch once a week and it's really good !! You can do your laundry for free which is a great plus. Heated floors are so cool ! The social room which has books for you to read and maps to use is a nice spot to hangout and relax or be lazy..(: staff is also super helpful on things to do, any help u need really.

The staff is very kind and charming. The room is simple and the common area is relaxed. I was able to join for a free lunch and met some other nice guests and got to know the staff a little better. Anu helped me with a booking i had at another time traveller hostel for no extra charge. You can also find people here to go out with even though its a relaxed hostel.

Without a doubt, ill return. Fantastic hostel with wonderful guests and staff. The most charming owner, dj. He truly cares about his visitors. I also adore the workout area in front of the hostel, it came in really handy.

One of the best hostels ive ever stayed in! The location is excellent for exploring the city, with only a few meters away from the bus stops. Its also quite simple to stroll around hongdae street! Dj and the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit, allowing me to easily explore Seoul. They even offered me coffee! My dorm was impeccably clean, and the bathroom was also a highlight. If i ever return to Seoul, i will definitely visit there!.

The hostel is also quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. The people were very friendly and our host dj even made us a delicious ramen for breakfast! Great hostel to stay in shinjukram for a few nights, easy to get to all the sites from.

This hostel is topnotch. The staff is friendly, welcoming, clean and tidy, quiet and discreet. Every Tuesday there is also a free korean lunch which is a great way to meet other travelers.

The hostel is very nice! I booked a private room without a bathroom, but sharing is not a problem because there are 3 bathrooms in the 4th room! The room was very comfortable, clean and in good condition! The owner is very polite! So great place, not far from the metro station or other transportation Seoul. Thank you!.

I stayed here for four nights and it is one of the friendliest and most comfortable hostels ive ever stayed at. Its a small place, with two dormitories and a few private rooms, so it is quiet and peaceful. Also, the hostel is very clean and not too hot or cold at night. The beds are a bit narrow but quite comfortable. The staff are very friendly and you can tell they love working there and meeting new people. Dj is amazing. He is responsible for all the great artwork around the place, the huge collection of manga (mostly in korean) you can read, and delicious weekly lunches. The hostel is also a short walk from several bus stops and the subway, so if you want to explore another part of shin kong, everything is very accessible.

I spent a week in this laidback hostel in south korea. Its a fantastic location. This hostel is immaculate and wellkept. Dj, the hostels proprietor, is incredibly kind and stops by every day to welcome visitors and prepare coffee and fruit for them. I believe that the hostels modest size encourages people to be more social. Even though this isnt a party hostel, it was simple to locate a buddy to explore and stay with. The hostels location is about ten minutes walk from hongik university. The neighborhood has a lot of eateries and nightlife.

This is a great place with a good host and friendly staff and guests, plus the owner is really kind and takes great care of his guests. I love the workout area at the front of the hostel as well, as this one comes in handy. I will be back to stay here again.
