1. Hotel Operation & Renovation Notice
To provide our guests with enhanced facilities and a more comfortable environment, renovation work is currently taking place in selected areas of the hotel.
Please be advised that the hotel remains fully operational, and all guest rooms and hotel facilities are available for use.
However, minor noise may occur daily between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM until October 31, 2026.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and will continue to do our utmost to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

※ B1 Screen tennis is currently not available under inspection. (~31 October 2026)
※ B2 self-washing room is currently under remodeling and is not available. (~October 31, 2026)
2. Parking Policy
Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle per room in the underground parking facility (including suite rooms).
Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated.
Free parking is provided from 3:00 PM on the check-in date. After check-out (11:00 AM), a fee of KRW 1,000 per 10 minutes will apply.
3. Minimum Age Requirement
Guests must be at least 19 years of age to stay at the hotel.
This policy applies to both domestic and international guests, and all occupants must meet the age requirement.
Reservations made by minors are not permitted and are non-refundable.
4. Parcel & Delivery Storage
Packages addressed to guests may be stored for up to 5 days.
Please ensure deliveries are sent to the 14th-floor front desk and scheduled to coincide with your stay.
5. Luggage Storage
Complimentary luggage storage is available on the day of check-in and check-out.
For storage outside of stay dates, a fee of KRW 15,000 per item per day will be charged.
6. In-Room Cooking Policy
Cooking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, including the Union Suite.

7. Food Delivery
Guests may arrange food deliveries independently and are requested to collect orders at the 1st floor.
The hotel does not accept or store food deliveries, and is not responsible for loss or delivery errors.
8. Infant & Child Amenities
Extra beds, baby cribs, and infant amenities are not available.
9. Microwave Availability
There are no guest-accessible microwaves within the hotel.
10. Early Check-in & Late Check-out
• Single & Standard Rooms: KRW 22,000 per hour
• Suite Rooms: KRW 33,000 per hour
11. Disposable Amenities Policy
In accordance with government regulations, disposable items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, paper cups, and wooden chopsticks are not provided.
12. Additional Bedding
• Extra bedding set: KRW 33,000 per night (includes additional guest)
(Single mattress, duvet, pillow, water, towels, slippers provided)
• There is no 'extra bed' in the hotel.
• Additional a single duvet: KRW 22,000 per night

Every Tuesday at 19:00 PM,
Every Thursday at 19:00 PM,
Every Saturday at 09:00 AM

- Yoga 1: There is no participation fee for guests, and it is operated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Yoga 2: Classes may be closed on holidays or if there are no yoga applicants or due to personal circumstances of the teacher.
- Yoga 3: Yoga classes are held in the '14th floor listening lounge' or 'B1 screen tennis'.
