The location was excellent because it can get very cold in the communal areas. Some fantastic local restaurants and art galleries are close by, but the subway ride to the main tourist attractions is a bit long, which is not a problem for me.

I think the girl is the owner or has the job because of her good English but her presence steals the atmosphere of the place and doesn't add to it. We didn't want to hang out in the main room where that girl was constantly chilling. But there are heaters in all the common areas and lots of bread and jam for breakfast. In the hostel, the industrial vibe of the neighborhood echoed eerie. The bathrooms are not finished and falling apart. There isn't enough room for everyone except for one girl who works here who has a bit of a chip on her shoulder. She stomps around the place and doesn't smile or greet people, and when I asked her about something she was quite curt. When my friend asked for something, she immediately ignored her. She is, in my opinion, the owner of the hotel or has the job, but her presence makes the place feel unappealing and does nothing to enhance it. We don't want to hang out in the main room where the girl was constantly relaxing. One flight up the stairs was dirty. But there were heaters in all the common areas and plenty of bread and jam for breakfast. The industrial vibe of the neighborhood could be heard inside the hostel. Bathrooms are unfinished and separating. All could be forgiven if that girl could talk with a grin or find a new career

My wife and I booked 3 nights at the Urban Art Guesthouse because my wife was working on an art project nearby. Staff and guests were very friendly and the location was perfect for us. The problem is that it can get very cold in the common areas, so be prepared. Prices and location were the main factors for us to stay there. Walking distance there are several great local restaurants and as mentioned art galleries. Walking distance is a little bit of a long subway ride for those looking to explore the main tourist attractions but not a problem for me.

This place isn't as spotless or pleasing as the images suggest. It's a tiny hole, in fact, and Honda has much nicer places for the same price. However, everybody who works here is pleasant, accommodating, and kind, and everyone has a welcoming ambiance, aside from the one girl who works here, who has a little chip on her shoulder. She stomps around the area, doesn't smile, or greets visitors, and when I asked her anything, she was quite curt. She immediately ignored my friend when she asked for anything. My impression is that the girl is the owner or has a job based on her excellent English, but her presence adds to the atmosphere of the establishment and doesn't add to it. I wasn't hoping to hang out in the main room where that girl was constantly relaxing. One flight of stairs to this location was filthy. However, there were heaters in all the common areas, and there was a lot of bread and jam for breakfast. Inside the hostel, the neighborhood's industrial vibe was echoed on a mysterious level. Unfinished and deteriorating bathrooms. If she would smile with a grin or locate a new profession, all might be forgiven.

게시되었던 사진을 보고 결정한 숙소라 오차범위를 생각하면 최선의 결정이라고 여겼었는데 섣부른 판단이었던것 같습니다. 숙소로 찾아가는 길도 쉬웠고 역과 가까웠으며 직원분도 친절하셔서 불편함이 없었습니다만, 숙소가 위치한 환경이 좋지 못했고 내부의 청결성에 신경을 쓰셔야 할 것 같았습니다.
