[PARKING INFORMATION]
Paid parking is available in the building via a tower-type mechanical parking system located in the basement.
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per room, at a charge of KRW 3,000 per night.
Guests must confirm their stay with the parking office and make payment in advance by card.
Parking specifications: Length 5.205 m / Width 2.15 m / Height 1.9 m / Weight 2,200 kg.
Vehicles not permitted: large sedans (such as Equus, Chairman, Lincoln, Cadillac, or similar class), vehicles with roof carriers or modifications, mid-to-large SUVs, vans (such as Carnival, Starex, Mohave, Veracruz, Musso, new Santa Fe, etc.), large imported vehicles (including vans), electric vehicles, and hybrid vehicles.
Vehicles of similar class or vehicles that do not meet the parking specifications may also be denied entry.
During peak season or when exiting on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), please request vehicle retrieval in advance through the parking operator.
Retrieval may take up to 1–2 hours. If the parking lot is full or your vehicle cannot be accommodated in the tower, please use a nearby parking lot at your own expense.

[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
Your room may be shared within the standard occupancy only. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.
Infants under 37 months old are not counted toward the total occupancy.

[ MAKE UP ROOM ]
Cleaning services are not included during your stay.
To request room cleaning service, please contact us at least 1 day in advance via the mobile frontdesk. (Paid service)

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
Guests must be 19 years of age or older (after their birthday) to check in alone.
Minors are only permitted to stay when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a KRW 30,000 penalty.
The property will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest’s own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the guest may be required to follow a compensation procedure based on the original purchase price.
All areas, including balconies, are strictly non-smoking. Violations may result in a KRW 150,000 penalty and restrictions on future bookings at any of our properties.
Causing harm to others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in immediate eviction.
Guests are kindly requested to keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours (after 9:00 PM).
Additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests after check-out.
Please note that the bed direction, room view, and interior decoration may differ from the photos shown.
[Urgent Notice] Temporary Suspension of Hot Water SupplyDue to hot water pipe maintenance work at the property, the hot water supply in guest rooms will be temporarily suspended as follows:- Construction period: September 14 (Monday) to September 18 (Friday)- Hot water interruption hours: 11:00 AM to 05:00 PMDuring these hours, hot water will not be available for showering, washing, and other uses. The property building is operated by a central heating and cooling system. Air conditioning operates from May to September, and heating operates from November to March. Depending on the local environment, such as the outside temperature, heating and cooling may be operated only during certain hours or the operating period may be extended or shortened. Please check the accommodation usage guide for detailed operating schedules.
Mobile keys are activated after check-in time. If you are unable to use the mobile key, please use your room password.
