* Free Parking Guide
- Location: Basement 1 - 5th floor, 1 vehicle per room (free).
-Pre-registration is required before parking and can be requested via the mobile front desk.
-Parking may be limited during peak season and weekends.
-Please note that if the hotel parking lot is full, you will need to use a nearby public parking facility at your own expense.

Urban Stay Naksan Beach is a building operated by a central heating and cooling system, with cooling from May to September and heating from November to March.
Depending on the local environment, such as outside temperature, cooling/heating can be operated only at some times, or the operating period can be extended/shortened.

[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.
- Infants under 37 months of age are not counted in total occupancy.

[ MAKE UP ROOM ]
- Cleaning services are not included during your stay.
- To request room cleaning service, please contact us via mobile frontdesk at least one day in advance. (paid service)


[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow acompensation procedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours (After 9 PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
- Location and design of the furniture may differ from the picture.

• Operating Period: April 30, 2026 – September 30, 2026 (Some dates in October are planned to be open.)
• Operating Hours:
1st Session: 08:00 – 12:00 (Maintenance: 12:00 – 13:00)
2nd Session: 13:00 – 17:00 (Maintenance: 17:00 – 18:00)
3rd Session: 18:00 – 21:30
※ The operating period and hours are subject to change depending on weather and seasonal conditions.
※ There may be a waiting time during peak usage.
※ The pool is heated, but the temperature may vary depending on the climate and external environment.

Compliance with Safety Rules
All guests are required to carefully read and comply with the safety rules posted on-site when using the infinity pool.
The infinity pool is operated and managed by a professional building management company. Please refer to the notices posted on-site for detailed guidance regarding its use.

Duty of Care
Guests are advised to exercise extra caution to prevent accidents such as slipping, collisions, or falls while using the infinity pool.
Please refrain from using the pool after consuming alcohol or engaging in reckless behavior.

User Responsibility and Disclaimer
Guests shall be personally responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by their own intentional acts, negligence, or failure to comply with the safety rules.
However, in cases where such incidents are caused by defects in facility management or maintenance, relevant laws and regulations shall apply.

Minor Policy
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times when using the facility.
The accompanying adult shall be responsible for the care, supervision, and safety of the minor.

By using this facility, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
