The location is excellent, and many people have commented about the nofrilled but pleasant accommodations at this property. Its a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of myeongdong and the busy lobby, a welcome change in scenery. It is quiet, has a great view of the street, and has wonderful staff. It is a great place to enjoy a quiet afternoon tea, people watch, get some work done, or just be pampered by the amazing staff here who are knowledgeable about the menu and the area in general. Their dessert menu is excellent, both creative and delicious. I also had dinner there, and the dinner buffet was such a great value. The second picture i am sharing is vanilla rice mousse. Unfortunately, this is an incomplete picture of the dish, as by the time i recovered from the shock of its delicious taste and got around to snap a picture, the dish was half eaten!.

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang sangat bagus, tepat di dekat Pintu Keluar 3 Stasiun Huixian. Bus bandara No. 6001 Tiba di pintu masuk hotel. Terdapat toko serba ada GS 25 dan kafe di lobi hotel. Kamarnya besar dan nyaman, tetapi kekurangannya hanya ada satu stop kontak dan tidak berada di sebelah tempat tidur, cukup merepotkan. Saya tidak tahu apakah ini hanya berlaku di kamar 2024 atau di kamar lainnya. Anda dapat mengkonfirmasi dengan resepsionis sebelum check-in. Harap bawa pasta gigi dan sikat gigi sendiri.

Menginap selama 4 malam di bulan Desember. Kamar-kamarnya berukuran layak dan bersih, dengan tampilan yang agak ketinggalan zaman. Fasilitas tambahan seperti perlengkapan mandi dan teh atau kopi disediakan. Lokasinya hanya 10 menit berjalan kaki dari Myeongdong, yang tidak ideal untuk berbelanja. Penerimaan ramah dan sangat membantu. Setelah pukul 8 malam, jalan-jalan di sekitar sepi dengan pilihan makanan terbatas. Layanan staf sangat baik.

The location is perfect. The service is very good, with a wide variety of food for breakfast. The bathroom facilities are somewhat outdated and the sheets feel a bit sticky. I will stay at this hotel again next time in sydney.

Secara pribadi, saya pikir ini adalah hotel bintang 4 yang kuat setelah menginap di Hotel Voco dan IHG sebelumnya. Lokasinya tepat di depan Namdaemun dan berjarak 10- 15 menit berjalan kaki ke area Myeongdong. Check-in bisa ditingkatkan karena bisa jadi cukup kacau karena tidak ada lobi khusus karena berada di ruang bersama dengan pintu masuk utama dan juga kafe dan saya harus memberi nama saya kepada seorang wanita untuk masuk ke sistem check-in. Meskipun ada 6 lift, lift berhenti di setiap lantai yang tombol turunnya harus diklik, mungkin sistemnya dapat ditingkatkan untuk membuat prosesnya lebih lancar. Selain itu, kamarnya cukup besar dan nyaman, pilihan sarapannya cukup baik, dan pusat kebugarannya tetap bersih dan rapi. Ada juga kolam renang dalam ruangan, tetapi saya tidak berhasil mencobanya.

Lokasi dan pelayanannya sangat baik! Ada halte bus bandara tepat di depan hotel, yang sangat nyaman. Pasar Namdaemun berada tepat di depan hotel dan Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke sana hanya beberapa menit dan berada di antara Stasiun Seoul dan Stasiun Myeongdong, sehingga mudah naik kereta untuk pergi ke tempat lain! Bahkan jika barang bawaan Anda penuh, Anda bisa langsung pulang! Kamarnya bersih dan ada jus dan espresso gratis di kulkas! Teman saya anggota IHG jadi kami ditingkatkan ke kamar dengan lounge! Terima kasih! Pada hari Minggu kami sarapan dan teh mulai pukul 11 pagi! Rupanya mereka juga menyajikan alkohol saat happy hour. Ada juga toko serba ada 24 jam di lantai pertama! Ini yang terbaik! The hotel is in a great location! Right next to hoehyeon station. Walking distance to myeongdong and seoul. A very nice road to seoul station via the middle of the road. The staff at the front desk was friendly and polite. We arrived at 1 pm and asked to go there for a drink because our rooms had club access as the rooms were not ready yet. We were a large group of 8, so the staff was a bit overwhelmed. The rooms were nice, but it also depends on your luck. We had a total of 4 rooms for 5 nights. A mountain view suite and 3 mountain view king rooms. I asked the day of bookings to have all the rooms close, but we were placed in 3 corners of the floor. The last room was on a different floor. I travel with elderly parents and small children. Age 8 to 78 years old, so having them on different floors will be difficult. Rooms on the same floor only left the twin bed city view which i took but it was a cheaper price. The air conditioner in this room worked well. Its quieter but the smallest room. There was no place to properly open our luggage. The table design was terrible. The room was at 26 degrees most of the time but felt much warmer. We tried to set it lower but the temperature couldnt go down. Could be due to the heat outside, but it was fine on 1225. This room is right next to the lift lobby so it can be noisy, but as it was the closest to the lift lobby, we put our parents there for convenience as we also had wheelchairs. Oh, the essence of street food, corn dogs, and hotteok were missing! Breakfast was ok, but the hotel is large so the crowd is also large. They tried to replenish it too. The lounge has a nice view. Best to be there at sunset. We caught the setting sun once.

My experience at this hotel was marked down in two ways. First and foremost, the rooms are too warm for me to sleep comfortably. I was able to set the thermostat temperature to 18 deg celsius, but it never got below 23.5 deg. I asked someone to come check the air conditioner, but they said it was working and they couldnt do anything about it. At least they could provide me with a fan. Second, the thermostat display is very bright and there is no way to dim it. The thermostat also happens to be right next to the bed. So, in short, it was too hot and too bright for me to truly get a good nights sleep. Customer service was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a bidet. Everything else about the hotel is great. But im very picky about my sleep, and if i cant rest well, i cant say i had a really good experience.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a minutes walk from the subway and the airport bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing. There is a coffee shop and a convenience store in the lobby.

Hotel ini memiliki tempatnya sendiri dan tidak terasa terlalu sesak. Tempatnya bagus, kamarnya bersih dan lokasinya cukup strategis untuk berjalan kaki ke Myeongdeong. Di seberang jalan ada banyak toko kecil yang menjual pakaian dan barang lainnya, tetapi hotelnya sendiri tidak terlalu ramai, sibuk, atau kecil. Hotel ini memiliki tempatnya sendiri dan tidak terlalu ramai.

Standard room and lounge. Usually stay at another voco in gangnam. This one is much larger, noisier and less personal. Breakfast on the first day was quite crowded so it was uncomfortable. The rooms are much smaller. But the staff is very helpful and friendly. Has a lounge while the gangnam one doesnt. And of course this one is right off the main shopping belt. Probably will switch back to the gangnam one because of its location better for business meetings.
