Damage / Liability
In case of damage or theft of any items in the room (fixtures, furniture, wallpaper, and any interior/exterior items), guests must compensate the hotel and may face civil and/or criminal penalties.
Use of fire-hazard materials (explosives, fireworks, etc.) is prohibited.
If a fire occurs or excessive damage is caused, the guest will be held responsible for all compensation.

Located a 3-minute walk from the beach.
Bathtub rooms are assigned randomly.
If you must have a bathtub, please contact the property after booking and request a bathtub.
(The bathtub is a single-person bathtub.)

Parking Information
On-site parking is available for up to 14 cars.
A large free public parking lot is available right in front of the hotel.
If necessary, you may park your vehicle off-site.

Lobby amenities: coffee bean machine, chamomile tea, ice machine, water purifier, microwave.
Wi‑Fi is available in all rooms.
Hair dryer rental is available (please ask at the counter).
Some rooms have a high-spec 2-PC setup (i5, RTX 3070).
Some rooms provide OTT/streaming services.

Parking is limited to 1 parking space per room.
There is also a free public parking lot about 10 meters in front of the hotel.

Room rates are based on 2 guests per room.
Additional charges apply for extra guests (please contact the hotel).
Late check-out may result in additional charges being applied automatically.


Important Information / House Rules
If you check in after 12:00 AM (midnight), please contact the front desk.
For consecutive-night bookings, an additional fee applies: KRW 20,000 per extra night.
All rooms are non-smoking.
If smoking is detected in the room, a KRW 300,000 cleaning fee will be charged.
Please use the designated smoking area.
Lost key card fee: KRW 30,000 (cash or bank transfer only).
The hotel is not responsible for lost valuables.
Rooms may not be used for purposes other than accommodation.
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
Please avoid causing noise or disturbance to other guests.
Bathroom floors may be slippery—please take care.
If drainage is not working properly, contact the front desk immediately.
For minors, please confirm eligibility for stay with the hotel directly before booking.
The following items are not allowed in the lobby or rooms: items with strong odors, cooking equipment, flammable or combustible materials, and firearms/weapons (including knives) without legal authorization.
Cancellations/refunds due to the above issues are not allowed.

Mixed-Gender Sharing Restriction (3+ Guests)
Mixed-gender stays of 3 or more guests are not allowed.
Mixed-gender stays are limited to a maximum of 2 guests.
If violated, cancellation/refund is not allowed and guests may be forced to check out.
If caught (including at morning check-out), an additional fee of KRW 150,000 will be charged.
If entry is denied due to a mixed-gender stay booking involving minors, cancellation/refund will not be provided.
ID may be requested for mixed-gender stays.
If you do not have ID, check-in may be refused and refunds will not be provided upon cancellation.
