Minors may check in only when accompanied by a parent. Even with a consent form, minors are not allowed to stay alone.
If a minor and an adult of the same sex are staying together as family, please bring proof of family relationship and both parents’ IDs (and a student ID for the minor) to the first floor for verification before check-in.
Please note that failure to present the required identification at check-in may result in restrictions on use of the facilities, and no refunds will be provided.
1) Pet room information
- For your reservation, please indicate the breed of your dog and its weight (kg).
- One well-trained dog up to 5 kg is allowed per room (an additional fee of KRW 30,000 will be charged if more than one dog stays).
- Dogs must not be left alone in the room while you go out. If a complaint is raised due to barking noise disturbing neighboring rooms, you may be asked to leave the hotel without any refund.
In addition, if we cannot reach the guest and the dog continues to bark alone in the room, the dog may be transferred to the relevant animal protection center without prior notice, and an additional hourly fee will be charged.
- Please follow basic “pet etiquette” and clean up all pet waste before checkout. If not, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. (Cleaning up pet waste is an obligation under Article 13 of the Animal Protection Act.)
- Your dog must have received the 5 basic vaccinations and rabies vaccination within the last 2 years.
- When moving with your dog inside the hotel, you must either carry the dog or use a carrier/cage at all times.
- The hotel and its staff are not responsible for any accidents or loss of pets caused by the owner’s negligence.
- If your dog urinates or defecates on hotel bedding or carpets, an additional laundry/cleaning fee will be charged.

2) Additional charge for extra occupants
If the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy, please request an “EXTRA BED” for the number of additional guests.
If you do not add an “EXTRA BED”, an additional charge of KRW 20,000 per person will be collected on-site.


3) Minor guest policy
Minors are only allowed to stay when accompanied by their parents. Even with a consent form, minors cannot stay alone.
If a minor and an adult family member of the same gender stay together in the same room, a family relationship certificate and ID cards for both guests (a student ID is acceptable for minors) must be presented at the front desk on the 1st floor for verification before check-in can be processed.
If you fail to present the required ID at check-in, your stay may be refused, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
