Available rooms: Nolmung, Shwimung. Please inform us by the morning of the day of use for setup.
Charcoal, grill, gridiron, herb salt, torch, and gloves are provided. You can grill meat, fish, shellfish, prawns, etc.
The barbecue lasts about two hours and costs KRW 25,000 (charged separately). Further details on lighting the fire and nearby marts will be provided later.
Barbecue is unavailable in case of rain, strong wind, or severe weather.
For safety reasons, the fire pit service is temporarily suspended.
Only the provided charcoal may be used. Please do not burn any other materials such as firewood or boxes without prior notice!

The property cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the absence or inaccuracy of your contact information.
For check-ins after 8 PM (Korean time) on the arrival day, it is necessary to contact the property in advance to arrange the check-in time and procedure.
Additional charges may apply for services not listed on the Agoda sales page, such as extra amenities within the property or the use of facilities.

Minors are not allowed to stay without a guardian. If found, guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
For safety reasons, infants under 36 months are not allowed to stay.
Due to real-time booking, room availability may not be 100% accurate.
Please keep the rooms and facilities clean for the next guests.
Excessive entertainment, drinking, or loud noise that disturbs others may result in forced eviction.
Upon check-out, please gather all trash including food waste and wash any kitchenware used.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the facilities during their stay.
The property is not responsible for the loss of valuables; please take care of your belongings.
Costs will be charged for any damage or breakage of facilities.

#Nolmung #Shwimung – A private duplex house with a high-ceiling living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The entire building is for exclusive use, including a private garden with a barbecue and jacuzzi area.
#Georeumung – A private house with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and attic. The entire building is for exclusive use, including a rooftop, back terrace, and jacuzzi area. Enjoy the garden and relax during your stay.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people (2 adults + 2 children, only for one family unit).
[Open All Seasons] Hot/Cold Water Jacuzzi
Free of charge. Available rooms: Nolmung, Shwimung, Georeumung. Towels and bath additives are provided according to the number of nights. You may use the jacuzzi freely at any time.
Start your day with a half-bath in the morning or relax in the evening after your schedule. It usually takes about 20-25 minutes to fill with hot water. For children, you can adjust the temperature to lukewarm during the day and use it as a mini pool with a tube.
Each property has varying options, statuses, and charges for services, facilities, and payment methods. Therefore, please confirm directly with the property before your check-in.
Regardless of age, all children and infants are considered as adults concerning room occupancy. Exceeding the maximum guest limit may result in additional fees or entry denial, even for reservations made through Agoda.
Admission could be denied based on property or room entry regulations, such as the number of guests, age, gender, or pet policies. Hence, ensure to clarify these regulations with the property beforehand.
Special requests are subject to variability based on individual property policies and circumstances.
Smoking is prohibited within the property premises. Guests will be held responsible for any costs, damages, or liabilities resulting from smoking.
