The kitchen and laundry facilities are also superb. They provide shared bathroom facilities a short walk away. The hours in the cafeteria are odd, but still serves breakfast. The personal room is so comfy.

The rooms are quite nice and feature a sink. You only have to leave the room to access the restroom or shower. I can't carry my bags on the first flight, but after that there is an elevator.

The staff is pleasant, the booking system is simple, and the prices are reasonable. There are enormous dorms and lengthy echoing corridors of identical tiny cell-like rooms. Its very well run, the staff is friendly, the booking system is easy, and the prices are reasonable. There is a wonderful cafeteria shop. No matter how hot the weather outside is, the interior is always cool and refreshing. On the downside, large groups may dominate the area, the single rooms are not always quiet banging doors, and people come back late from partying. Also, I found the location to be quite off-putting. It's on a mountain outside the city center, or at least it seems large when you're walking there. The most obvious and shortest route into town is through a park, which is confusing and doesn't feel secure after dark. Overall, I'd recommend it for the convenience of the booking system, prices, and friendly staff.

I suggest this hotel. There are many beds available. I was surprised to see how clean this hotel is. It's so large that I have to get to my room in around 5 minutes. It is very recommended. The staff was very helpful. The kitchen is huge downstairs.

We reserved private rooms. We are three exhausted pilgrims who have just completed our journey from Maria to Santoago. We are 200 years old as a group. Due to a music festival off the outskirts of Santoago, it's chilly and late, and everyone is booked. We have walked around 25 am today and just need a shower and a comfy bed, which is fine. We were handed a paper bed sheet and pillow case each, but no towels, which really sunk my heart! Our room is on the third floor, with shared bathrooms, and quite far from the room. The rooms are pretty basic but have lovely views. The beds are comfortable, thank goodness we brought silk sleeping bag liners, they really saved us. There are radiators in the room, but there is no heating, and even in June it's really cold in San Diego, all of our other lodgings still have heating! The room has a sink, but a cold tap! We tried the showers, but they were barely warm, and we were also slim! Wi-Fi is included in the price and worked properly. A communal area with cooking, seating, and cafeteria selling basic goods is located in the basement. The hallways are long and you can hear every step outside your room and up the hallway. By the time everyone had settled into bed, it was a late night,
