Hotellet er af ældre dato, men er trods det hyggeligt og rent. Lækker udsigt fra altan og gode værelser. Hotellets personale er venlige og de to medarbejdere, som underholder igennem dagen, gør et godt job. Thumps Up til dem :-) Personalet er altid smilende, trods lange arbejdstider. Maden er ikke det bedste, men kan da spises - hotellet er så billigt, at det ikke skader pengepungen at tage ud og spise et andet sted, hvis dette er tilfældet. De er ikke særlige gode til engelsk på hotellet - så dette skal man være OBS på - helt sikkert et område, der kan arbejdes på fra hotellets side. Vi har besøgt Hotel Mercury de sidste 4 år og kommer helt sikkert igen næste år!

eten was goed. minder goed kamer werd niet goed shoon gemaakt zoals onder de bed zoals de tafel en de kastjes van de bed en niet vergeten er werden weinig activiteiten met de kinderen gedaan dat vond ik het ergst

Uhøflig betjening i receptionen. da jeg ankom om natten. Meget støj i det eneste lokale der var ifm baren, et slags cafeteria, hvor der ofte var meget støj fra musik og aktiviteter så udover at sidde på værelset eller ved poolen var der ikke noget område man kunne sidde i nogenlunde ro og drikke en kop kaffe. Ikke engang i læserummet, der var der også ofte højt musik. Men ellers fint ophold, fin service i spisesalen og rengøringspersonale var venlige og også i receptionen udover ved ankomst. Hotellet lå centralt ift strand og butikker og togstation.

Train station just across the road so ideal and cheap for visiting other costal resorts and Barcelona. Beach 5 mins walk. Hotel and pool clean. We were all inclusive and had a good daily choice of food and drink and were served by friendly staff. I would recomend this hotel.

On trouve dommage qu'aucun membre a l'accueil ne parle français De plus a l'accueil les membres de l'équipe ne sont accueillant (pas de sourire) Par contre les autres agents de l'équipe (femme de ménage personnel du restaurant .....très sympa) Le parking est un peu cher et en plus la carte ne fonctionne pas tout le temps Depuis 10 ans qu'on vient je souhaiterais avoir une chambre autre que la vue de l'hôtel d'en face surtout que notre séjour dure une dizaine de jours

L'hôtel Mercury était le seul hôtel ouvert en ce début du mois de février, les commerces étaient fermés , nous avions choisi ce lieu pour le repos et le calme. Cet hôtel est d'un bon rapport qualité/prix, même s'il ne mérite pas vraiment ses 4 étoiles,surtout pour la salle à manger et la qualité des buffets.
