Booked a 10 day holiday with friends and had a wonderful time. The hotel has amazing views and the staff are great, especially oz, elena and ruben. French reps were also friendly and asked us if we wanted to get involved in activities. Also, I had no problem with the food provided by the hotel on my vegan diet.

From start to finish, incredible! Honestly, I can't recommend this hotel enough. Im the sort of person who loves to read reviews of places before visiting and reviews of this hotel always said that it was French language dominated and they excluded you from activities. I can't explain how wrong that is! All the staff is absolutely fantastic and they try very hard to include you in all of the activities and they try to build a good rapport and have fun with you. Our experience would not have been the same if it weren't for oz and eyes. I really hope the hotel gives their appreciation to all of their staff, especially oz and eyes because we couldn't sing their praises enough! On Tuesday, we arrived very late, but the hotel did wrap up our food and made sure we were well fed before going to bed for the night, such a kind gesture! Throughout the stay, the reception and staff were always happy to help with any inquiries that were required. On top of this, our flight was delayed by 27 hours on the way back thanks to tui, but the hotel was willing to accommodate us for a late check-out and even let us keep our bands for all inclusive while we were delayed. It was great because we all needed a huge drink while waiting more than 2 hours to contact someone from tui. The food was very lovely. The second restaurant is the main

A group of seven of us selected this hotel last year because we wanted to enjoy a large vacation after the pandemic. At first, we had concerns because we had read some unfavorable reviews of previous guestss experiences with the hotel, so we considered changing our reservation. What I can say is that we are pleased with our decision to proceed with our reservation. Even though Camila was the only employee working at the time and we were quite late, Camila quickly sorted things out for us so that we could have food and drinks at the buffet after a hard day of travel. The rest of the hotel staff, including some of the looked reps, were fantastic. In the evenings, there was always something new to do, and it was a wonderful time. Do not let the negative reviews claiming that the staff only includes guests who speak French. There were always translators helping with the entertainment, translating to English, Spanish, and German, and we all had incredible evening meals. Every night, we had a wonderful time. I heartily appreciate all the staff, including oz and Elena for making sure we had a great time! The evening dishes had many varied themes, including lovely white sand with a clear blue sea. Be prepared because it can be very windy. We were also encouraged to travel to the lovely town of Morrow, which was about a 15minute drive from the hotel

The holiday blues are real! It's only been a week since I stayed at the Aqua Village, and I wish I was back sooner! It was our first visit to Fuerteventura and my first stay at this motel, and I will undoubtedly be back. Everything and everyone was amazing, including the entertainment team, which made our stay wonderful. From the angel at the front desk, who was very accommodating and cordial, to Oz, who was fantastic and immediately introduced himself to our group and wanted to know a little bit about ourselves, which was advantageous because we were immediately at ease with him. He offered numerous activities, including water polo and basketball. He always said hello and had a joke, and he would never forget us when we would pass by. What I believed was going to be a pleasant vacation eventually became a wonderful one. I made sure to visit the activity board each morning to try to get in as many as I could since oz and the group were excellent. I also want to thank the eyes for their wonderful energy! He was also excellent at the tasks. After you finished one activity, he would rush to make sure it was set up, and he would rush over to set it up when you got to the next. We all had a fantastic time. I normally avoid writing reviews, but after seeing some very negative ones here, I wanted to express my thoughts about the hotel and staff. On Sunday morning, we got there at around a certain hour. We had a quick reservation thanks to the fantastic reception staff. They were always supportive and helpful throughout our visit. We could eat and drink at the buffet after we departed. Throughout our entire visit, they were always friendly and accommodating. Even the lustigest eaters in our family discovered something they enjoyed. The rooms were tidy and spacious, and they had a huge balcony with a wonderful ocean view. We were able to have family photoshoots with florin, who is also extremely friendly and funny. The images are fantastic, and it was a great day. Excellently advised. Oz and Elena, thank you for being wonderful! They had us engaged in as many activities as they could and had us dancing all night.
