Overall, I would not suggest the apartments. The facilities are clean and contemporary, and the location is excellent because the hotel is right on the beach, and the pool area is lovely as well. But the check-in process took more than an hour. We arrived at 10.30 pm, which probably wasn't the ideal time, but the check-in staff had a terrible time checking us in. We made it, but we discovered that our room's air conditioner had broken and it was hot. A member of the facilities team was dispatched to try and resolve the issue, but the problem was not resolved. We were told we couldn't change rooms at that time of night, so we had to spend the evening without air conditioning. The following morning, we changed rooms. The apartment is quite noisy. Of course, I didn't travel to Ibiza to unwind, but you become quite uncomfortable when you can't be at all at any time throughout the holiday. Loud music is played throughout the day, not just good house music, and the apartment's floor is constantly vibrating, I'd like to take a nap in the morning before going out to dinner, but there was no chance. When I stayed, other guests also played extremely loud music both throughout the day and night. If you don't mind getting some rest at all, and aren't too worried about customer service from the

I got a nice location near most clubs and only a few steps from the beach but a bit far from the old town. Although it was in the low season, I felt a bit short at the front desk, one staff member was there with a dozen people checking and checking. Nevertheless, the apartment has been recently renovated. The view from the room was to the pool but at the time there was a work in progress. In summary, for the price, it was fine, but as stated, I'm in the low season.

Overall, I stayed here during 2019, and it was our first time back, it came down to the excellent music, events, and rooms, plus the helpfulness of the whole staff, and also the location of this hotel, it's strategically located on the beach in my view, plus I have a nice place to stay and I can recommend it to others.

Very basic accommodations that are ideal for a break in Ibiza. The best clubs are just a short distance away. They have beds by the pool that are always available so if you arrive early and can't check in yet, they are the ideal place to relax. Things were quieter in September than in June and July, but there was still a lot of energy.
