We were fortunate enough to have paid extra to use their secure garage because there isn't much parking on the road outside at the hotel. The staff here was very kind, especially David in reception. Our lovely premium room in casa 6, which had attractive orange colours, was beautifully decorated. The one meal we had in the poolside restaurant was very tasty and had friendly service. Although there aren't many dining options outside the hotel, vistahermosa is close by.

There are very friendly and helpful staff, a nice outdoor pool, beautiful botanical gardens, and a great location. However, the interior is outdated and not worth the price. One of the bedroom walls and shower curtains were severely damaged. It is a shame because the hotel could have been much nicer if it had been updated indoors. We have spoken with a number of people who have unfortunately stopped staying at the hotel for the same reason.

The rooms and suites are clean, bright and have all the amenities you need. The staff are amazing. It's right outside Vista Hermosa Center. For breakfast, you have to go to the bar center. In terms of cleanliness and hospitality, it was perfect.
