Overall, this is a beautiful location. The property is in a quiet neighborhood of town where people may walk for sport or to various restaurants. We used the automated machine to check in since we got there at night. Not too challenging. These are lovely apartments with kitchens and balconies. The heating and air conditioning functioned, but it was cold outside and we just opened the windows with a solid rollover screen for protection.

This is my second time stopping at this aparthotel, and it serves its purpose well as an overnight stop after a long journey. With a satellite navigation system, it is simple to find from the autoway. On both occasions, the receptionist was pleasant and spoke excellent English. Due to the fact that I have two dogs traveling with me, it is a significant advantage that there is a pleasant walk nearby through some wetlands. Very clean, with the majority of amenities for an overnight stay, but perhaps rather simple for a longer stay. The sofa was not particularly comfortable, but the bed was ideal. According to other reviews, it appears that I wasn't the only one having problems with the wifi. In my case, it went off midday, and I wasn't able to get it again until the following morning. The heating was also an issue. I hate to enter a room that could be used as a sauna, and despite my best efforts to change the controls, it remained at 23. 5. Way too hot. Finally I gave in and turned all the radiators off and opened the window. However, overall, I'd love to stay there once more as an overnight stop.

The downside of this apartment is that the location is very close to the buena arena and just outside the main center of Vitoriagastiex, so there is plenty of public transportation nearby. But thats a minor disadvantage, and I have seen that it is very easy to reach. If you go to restaurants and supermarkets, youll need a vehicle. I am sure that public transportation is close by. As others have said, there are excellent walking trails and walking paths right next to the apartments. Excellent value for money. Only one small, blunt knife was adequate in the kitchen. Even with one, WiFi connection is good.

I stayed in Victoria last weekend and decided to go to this apartment instead of hotel. The location is also good because it is close to the old town and a ring road. They have a well equipped kitchen and we arrived clean at this apartment.

I suggest it and would return. The building is situated outside the noisy city center, with lots of parking and a convenient bus route right in front of it. Grocery stores are two blocks away, and the gallery mall is a 10 minute walk away. There are some restaurants nearby, but you never know when they are open as usual in Spain! For us north americans, it is confusing. I stayed here for six weeks with my wife. It is spotless, modern, and entirely functional. Nice bathroom with a working shower. The kitchen is compact but with minimal silverware. There is a dishwasher. There is a washer, but there is no drier rack for drying in the sun on the patio. The couch reaches out for a mattress, but as a couch, it isn't too comfy. The building is located outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center, with plenty of parking and a convenient bus route just in front. Grocery stores are only two blocks away, and the gallery mall is a 10-minute walk away. There are a few restaurants close by, but as usual in Spain, you never know when they open! Our North Americans are uneasy. In any case, this is a fantastic location for longer stays and anyone looking for an apartment rather than a hotel room.
