Barcelona Apartment Republica is located 150 meters from Llacuna Metro Station, just a 15-minute walk from the beach and Poble Nou park. This modern loft-style apartment features exposed brick walls and offers access to a rooftop pool and terrace with magnificent city views. The air-conditioned apartments include a kitchen equipped with a microwave, hob, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A washing machine, linen, and towels are also provided. A concierge service can arrange activities such as tours and water sports. Guests enjoy free entry to the Barcelona Egyptian Museum. Glories Shopping Mall is a 10-minute walk away. Stays of six nights or more include a general cleaning service, with the kitchen to be left tidy on the final day. A maximum of two apartments can be booked at a time; three or more are considered a group booking with a different cancellation policy. A €350 security deposit is required upon arrival. Registration and key collection are available from 10:30 a. m. to 6:30 p. m. and 11:00 p. m. to 7:00 a. m. at Pujades 120, the same building as Republica Apartments. For arrivals outside these hours, check-in is available at our main building on Muntaner 60 from 10:00 a. m. to 1:00 a. m. Apartment check-in time is 3:00 p. m.
