We can hear how a few things were going wrong in the room as the condition was so cramped. And then, we got a very good staff, even though they were polite and helpful. Besides that, this hotel is close to bus lines and has easy access to local attractions. After that, the staff is very knowledgeable and happy to help.

Our room was small but had 2 large, 5 feet tall and 2 feet wide windows that opened to the tree lined street below and there were 2 chairs in that area to hang out in. It was right by the elevator, but it was quiet and we slept well! We had 2 twinfull beds close together, so it was like sleeping in a queen bed without sharing the covers. Breakfast was a self-serve buffet of hot food with more options than I have ever seen in the us. We never had to wait for the elevators and taxis roll by every few minutes. The front desk staff was friendly, informative, and helpful, calling for a cab when asked and helping us with our bags. Bags may be stored at the hotel before check-in. I would stay here again and think we got our moneys worth it!.

When we arrived, we knew it was a different kind of hotel and the receptionist came out to help us with our luggage. That was just the beginning of a wonderful few days in Barcelona. The breakfast was very good, but with this location all you have to do is go outside and turn left or right to find a restaurant or drink.

I would not suggest it for a long stay, however, I would suggest it as a nice place to sleep. We chose this hotel because we are members and wanted to try a premier property. At check-in, the front desk staff were very accommodating, and we asked for a wake-up call as well as a backup in case my phone alarm failed. Also requested a taxi for 300 am. No wake-up call! So, now I worry that maybe they forgot the taxi as well? I called the front desk and when they answered, they seemed confused, so I reaffirmed the necessity of a taxi at 3.

This hotel is very nice. The location is close to the shopping district and easy to get there. There are many good restaurants and bars in this area. The staff there are so helpful and kind. The room was perfect. The bathroom was clean and neat. Parking is free at the hotel and is accessible on foot and by bus. The employee at receptionist was very kind and helpful. I will certainly return.

Lokasi hotel strategis untuk jalan kaki ke downtown. Kamar sesuai standard 4* bersih, cukup luas, komplit dengan hair dryer n mini bar coffee & tea setiap hari diisi kecuali aqua hanya dpt 2 botol kecil di hari 1. Harga sesuai dengan fasilitas.
