Then, it turns out that the room cleaner only cleaned the bathroom and had no electricity which was really annoying. After that, the closet was closed, so you still didn't breathe your clothes, and there were only 5 hangers, no suitcase holder, only 3 sockets, 3 of which were 2 are used for bedside lights, so you must juggle when you charge your camera, GPS mobile, etc. Our room was cleaned and towels changed every two days without asking. In spite of the receptionist speaking little English and the cleaning lady knew none, we managed to comprehend ourselves many times without much effort. There is a supermarket across the street. There is free WiFi, but it is advertised as the hotel is unhappy with the speed and doesn't want poor reviews. Yet, you can hear everyone getting ready for work in the morning and even someone snoring at night. There is a small store directly across the street. The bed mattress was a comfortable spring mattress of at least 15 cm thick with thin blankets so we didn't use the air conditioning large nightstand and drawers.

This is a rare accommodation option in Madrid with excellent value for money. Goa, a lovely neighborhood, offers a great local life experience, but there are major Spanish brands stores around. Metro Goa is also nearby, making it simple to travel around the city and the airport. The accommodation is clean and tidy and has all the necessary facilities and amenities. But, the most important thing is that the reception staff is very friendly and warm, ultimately making the place so wonderful to stay. For the moment, people have to climb the stairs, I would only say. But, it is mentioned that an elevator will soon be installed.

I would definitely return if in Madrid. One of the best value locations. Small room with really nice furniture and basic necessities. The bathroom was recently renovated and is better than most expensive hotels. The hotel is close to 3 metro stations and a 40 minute walk from the city center. The neighborhood is very nice and has lots of good restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The staff are very nice and friendly but the level does not speak English.

For the money, a decent hostel. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spotless. They have amenities that are equivalent to those in excellent hotels. Good quality beds are provided. The damp room is the only flaw I can recall. Fortunately, there was another room available, and I was able to switch without problems. The location is also excellent, in a peaceful and pleasant area. I would advise you to stay there if your spending is limited.

I would definitely stay again. Very comfortable and clean. New bathroom with a power shower. AC in the room and to. We opted for our own kettle, hairdryer, and iron, which were not supplied but we were expecting. The closest metro and supermarket are across the street in 5 minutes and walk to the center in 40 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating when necessary. Would strongly suggest it.
