Please adhere to the following key house rules during your stay in the apartment:
1. No smoking or drug use in the apartment.
2. No parties or unregistered guests in the apartment.
3. Keep the apartment clean and dispose of rubbish daily. An additional cleaning fee of 60 Euros will be charged if the apartment is not well maintained.
4. Turn off lights, air conditioning, water, and TV when not in use.
