The hotel is close to a major shopping mall and a metro stop, so getting around is quite easy. I wouldn't give it four stars, but it can certainly be with a little effort. Right now, I'd give it a three-star rating. Although I wouldn't rate the hotel four stars, it can definitely be with a little bit of determination. Even so, you get what you pay for. And it is unquestionably worth what you spend. Let me begin with the reception, which is a major problem for most tourists. After arriving in a large, clean room on the 1st floor, I was pleasantly delighted by the comfy large mattresses. The lack of coffee equipment, which would upgrade the room, is the down side. There was no variety, and the breakfast was mediocre with no vegetables. After 6 nights, coffee could have been better.

Our room in this hotel was large and beautiful. Beds are large and very comfortable with lots of pillows. Location is great. Next to hotel is a good and cheap supermarket and opposite the metro station the principle pig with shopping mall is great. Hotel is in an old building but very organized. Check in and out in 1 minute. Nearby you can find all major sightseeing. Breakfast is very good with cereals, fruits, ham, cheese, coffee, tea, etc. If we stay again in madrid I will definitely choose the same option. City House not Orlando by Amanda go go. Very satisfied.

I'll never stay in this hotel again, as I've read reviews of this place and believe that they lived up to their promises. The bathrooms were disgusting and the bath tub was filthy, the pipe was almost coming out of the wall, and the toilet operated when we entered the first room, and it was disgusting. After we upgraded the rooms to a newer one, which was much cleaner and much better, but the entire area smelled moldy. Thanks to the ability to open the window, we found the staff to be extremely helpful and promptly attended to any problems we had. Although breakfast was a mere passable, the location was decently good, being just across from the metro and a short walk to all of the downtown activities.
