We loved our stay at Club La Santa and will definitely return. The facilities were great, the service was great and the suites were spacious and week equipped. The bike centre could have had more medium sized road bikes available but otherwise the facilities were great and we had no problem making the booking we wanted through the app.

It's our first time to stay at this hotel, I really enjoy my experience at this hotel. The facility is up to par and the choice of people can be really varied with the package. I was able to gain about half ka of muscles and reduce my size a lot in a week.

Another fantastic active holiday at Cos for all the family. A must for sports enthusiasts! The resort is suitable for everyone. You can do as much or as little as you want. Great winter break in the sun.

The whole thing was very unpleasant, and it totally disgraced my otherwise wonderful vacation. Amazing workouts, with highly skilled instructors, excellent lodging, and a very helpful and accommodating service staff. However, the half-board meals we received were of poor quality, with very few choices because I needed glutenfree and vegan fare, and with such a large buffet, I had extremely limited choices. Additionally, the food itself was not very well prepared, with only one protein source and no carb options gluten-free. The vegetables were quite overcooked, with only one protein source and no gluten-free carb options. I had a horrible experience at the wellness center, I had a deep-tissue massage, and my shoulder nerve moved in, which made me unfit for two days out of a seven-day stay. We tried to communicate with the wellness staff, but they didn't take responsibility and offered no assistance. They suggested to see the on-site doctor, but we had to pay for 80 euros on our own, so no real help. Furthermore, we had to cover the cost of the taxi trip to the pharmacy to get the painkillers on our own. We really felt as though Santa had no interest in helping us, and we felt very isolated and let down. The only thing we could do was tell our friends about it and, subsequently, cancel other appointments at the wellness center.

Just got back from 2 weeks at Santa Club, and it never disappoints. Good sports, great green team for adults and kids, and perfect weather. I enjoyed the variety of lessons and the good atmosphere in the center.
