This aparthotel is located between Alicante and Cartagena, in Torrevieja, a former fishing village. Today it is a spectacular city with a tourism development and infrastructure. The property is located in Orihuela Costa, and is just 10 minutes' walk from many of the area's beaches. The town centre of Cabo Roig is around 5 minutes' walk away. Guests will also find restaurants, bars and nightlife options about 5 minutes' walk away, along with shopping, the bus station and links to the public transport network. The tourist facilities of Torrevieja are around 25 minutes away by public transport, or a 15-minute drive. The aparthotel occupies a new building, built in 2010, and has 23 apartments, each with two double bedrooms. The reception staff are polite and professional, and serve customers in three languages (English, Russian and Spanish) to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The facilities include a bar, restaurant and lift access to the apartments. Other features of this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby, a hairdressing salon and a children's playground. Internet access, a laundry service and a car park and garage are also available. The apartments have two bedrooms (one bedroom with 150-cm double bed, another bedroom with two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen (with a fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, other appliances and a washing machine), a private bathroom with shower, bath and hairdryer, and a living room with satellite/cable TV. A radio and Internet access are also provided. All apartments have individually regulated air conditioning and central heating.
