Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental. The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
