It doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The sea view is a plus, the location is 20 minutes walk to the seafront street of bars and restaurants called Call Ratjada. The drinks are cheap. However, there was no soap in the bathroom, cheap Champoo shower gel all in one, and the furniture is average.

Very good contemporary hotel outside Call Matador Center. Just a 15-minute coastal walk from the town. The balcony of the room offers wonderful views. Breakfast buffet is a great choice. Too many options to discuss, but if you get an omelet made to order, you will not be disappointed.

The best vacation we've ever had in Mallory thanks to this hotel. The person is pleasant, the room has a nice sea view and a gorgeous pool. The breakfast is also fantastic! Hope to visit this bank one day!.

Fantastic vacation. Beautiful location, views from the pool, balcony, and rooms everywhere. The staff is kind and helpful. Excellent cuisine, with plenty of options even though we are vegetarian. Very clean. Walking is an excellent option from the hotel and the small inlet next to the pool is very safe for swimming.

The location is very peaceful and relaxing. The positives never stop until this hotel has gone downhill badly, even though this hotel is very friendly and had good staff. I came here in 2019 under various management and it was much better, especially food and drink. Breakfast is terrible now, the scrambled eggs are dry and unappealing, the egg station is basic, and they have to know how to make an excellent omelet. Every day the same breakfast spread comes out without a change or variation, and the whole corn spread system makes the experience tiresome and long. At the end of the vacation, I was dreading breakfast. To say they did their best was not good enough, you would expect much, much more from a 4 star hotel. Don't have salmon from the lunch menu, I have never had such old, overcooked food in my life. It smelled horrible, tasted awful, and was a sign that this hotel has gone downhill badly. One of my friends had salmon as well, and it looked tougher than the sole of my shoe! I don't enjoy writing reviews like this, but this hotel has all the characteristics of a good hotel, but management really needs to push harder. There were no soap or products in the bathroom, and some bathroom towels appeared to have been used since the 1980 s. The staff was satisfied enough, but for a 4 star hotel
