The room is excellent, the location is excellent, and there is a free bus to and from the airport. The lodging environment is firstrate, and the bar upstairs is firstrate, opulent, highend, and cozy. The breakfast is excellent. It felt good to find a medical seminar there because i happened to stumble across it.

The location is good to the airport, not so much to other places though. The reception staff is good, not so much at the restaurant i do not recommend eating there. The ceiling in room 515 needs repair from a leak above. A little on the older side.

The restaurant was excellent, the food and service were excellent, and there were large plates to share. They also have a shuttle to take you to the airport. Very lovely and comfortable, and conveniently located near the airport.

Although a little out of the way, the hotel is excellent, with excellent quality, complimentary transportation to the airport, and breakfast. You will appreciate being able to prepare yourself a coffee or chocolate at no additional cost if you have to leave early or arrive late.

In short, a prime business hotel location. This hotel is ideal for those traveling for work and, especially, for activities carried out at the Madrid congress center. It is therefore not a tourist hotel. The environment is elegant and sober. It is unfortunate that the breakfast room is located in a windowless area, which means it is very dark. Service. Friendly, professional and impeccable service. Maybe he could be a little more sympathetic, everything is very serious. The cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional. Breakfast has a live service in the kitchen.

This strategic location made it extremely convenient for travelers like myself, especially for those with early or late flights. The accessibility to major transportation hubs and the ease of access to popular attractions within the city enhanced the overall appeal of the Hilton Madrid airport. The rooms were wellappointed and had a nice contemporary design. The comfortable bedding and modern amenities contributed to a pleasant stay. I would not think twice about returning here in the future. I spent one pleasant night here. I only needed a place in madrid that was close to the airport for the evening because i had a flight the next day. I took a cab out to the hotel after arriving at atocha by train. I had a good time. The hotel was nearly fully booked because there was a large convention there. It was advantageous that i used points because the cash rate was so high due to the convention. It was acceptable that there was no upgrade because it was so full. My room was lovely. The air conditioning functioned well. It was very peaceful. It was a little dark inside and some of the lights werent working, but that was fine. The restroom was very contemporary, but not necessarily practical. But the shower had good water pressure and was tidy. I used the gym to walk on the treadmill, and it was useful. The executive lounge was also a nice space, and i had a few beers there. The restaurant served supper, and it was fantastic. I splurge on an entrecote steak, and it was delicious. Both the restaurant personnel and the front desk personnel were excellent. The shuttle made getting to the airport in the morning quite convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in madrid. We booked a room because we had an early new years flight so stayed on december 31st. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially with an active toddler. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled the next morning (a fact we didnt hear about it until we arrived at the airport) and so asked the hotel if we could recheck in until our new flight. They were very easygoing about it, no issues at all and allowed us to check out later. They even had a conference room set up with kids toys so our little could play for an hour or so inside the hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and we were able to get a cot for our toddler without any problems. I would definitely recommend it if you need to stay near the airport for any reason.

Before returning the rental vehicle to the airport, we arrived, and the young men at the desk couldn't have been nicer! We checked in fast and easily, and the gentleman promised to carry our luggage to our room while we returned the car. When we got back, we went to the bar and had a wonderful pizza, maybe a little expensive, but we loved it. Estrella Alicia, their favorite Spanish beer, was also on tap. Our rooms were delightful, spotless, and completely soundproof. Everything was fine when we took the shuttle in the morning. I like hiltons because they are consistently good. Many thanks to the mad airport hilton employees!.

The facility is fantastic. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to one of the most luxurious rooms weve ever experienced. And a fantastic breakfast buffet with glutenfree bread and sweets.
