This place has a great location, good rooms and cleanliness, but random noises all day are terrible. The walls are very thin so you can hear neighbors snoring and constantly hear random drilling and paving noise without warning. Very responsive via whatsapp though.

I would definitely stay there again. Very pleasant stay despite the small size but immaculate room, very helpful contact with the hotel when i was traveling there a great location - just stepping 2 minutes from the heart of madride, yet peaceful at night.

Recommended. Beautiful hotel in the heart of madrida. A room for two people with air conditioning and a private bathroom cost 41 euros per night. The room was clean, with towels and soap.

The location was right downtown and close to everything! Walking everywhere was easy. The hostel castillo ii has a very secure reception area, if you want to park your luggage before checkin, the staff is friendly. There is wifi in the room. Our room was in hotel castillos ei, across the street, with securing entrance. We booked deluxe room with bathroom en suite and we actually had 3 twin beds, clean and had enough towels. I didnt know what the smell was, but we went across from the road to store and got air freshener. It worked because we were only here for 2 nights.

Food was taken from our room, not satisfied, but on the plus side, the room was very convenient to the metro, plaza, and restaurants. The room is located in a separate building from the reception and has tastier lift. Simple and adequate for your needs. I am disappointed with the theft during cleaning.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in the city center. You can walk all without using a vehicle. The room was immaculate and the amenities were excellent, there was sanitizer in our hall, which we could use as well. Ideal for those traveling with young children. Our room faced eucalyptus trees and made it very noisy, thats the only reason i gave it four stars instead of five. We could hear people talking in street, cars, motorcycles, etc. Because the window wasnt well isolated, we heard people conversing in other places.

Prices may be doubled on weekends, as are all hotels there. The rooms were clean, but unlike most hostels in the area, the bathroom lacks ventilation. There was limited free space in this double room.
