Location is keyjust a few steps to Plaza Mayor, potion resto and San Miguel market. The downside is the noise at the plaza below, if you have sensitive ears, you will hear everything. The lady at the front desk is friendly and tried to be helpful but doesn't speak English so it can be quite frustrating.

My mom and daughter went to Madrid for two days. The bed is very comfortable, and the hotel is very clean. It is located on a lovely street with a lot of bars and restaurants. It is strategically located near all the most well-known sights. The room is a little basic with no storage space. We stayed in a triple room, and we had trouble putting everything else together. AC works perfectly and is a plus for the heat. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I recommend it for a short trip to Madrid.

The rooms in this hostel are very small. The staff is very friendly. This hotel is in a great location and they provide a bed, the room is also quiet and clean. I also booked a room here, but sadly I can't stay here again.

For a tour of the region, I stayed for two nights in march and was thrilled with the setting. This is a great location in Madrid because it is so close to Plaza Major andMerced san Miguel. The noisy neighbors from other guests woke me up early in the morning, and then shortly before 7 am, by loud children in the neighboring building, possibly an apartment. This is not the hotel's fault, but it was a letdown after a long day, making it impossible to sleep soundly. Due to the proximity, I would return, but I would definitely bring earplugs to get a better night's sleep.

The room wasn't the best one, it was so small, I had to move the suitcases to the bathroom. And all the furniture looked like it was picked up for free or bought from a charity shop. But it's clean and the prices are very reasonable, there are so many bars and restaurants right outside our room. We did not get a balcony or any view in our room. It would have been much nicer to have a balcony in the front of the room, but because it's a bustling area, it might be louder.
