My stay was excellent, the front desk personnel were very helpful and the cost was reasonable. The view was great and close to lots of shops and restaurants. I took a cruise and it was walking distance to the ship. The room was great, it had a kitchen and I was able to make coffee and tea. There was a microwave as well and dishes. I couldn't ask for any more.

Basic but clean. I was flying from T1 and wanted to be at the airport for 6am. Centric Metro station is a ten minute walk from the hotel and links directly.

Excellent accueil de la réception, de très bons conseils ( taxi, restaurant) Petite chambre propre, idéale pour une nuit à 10mn de l’aéroport. Point négatif, je n’ai pas eu besoin d’un réveil à 5:15 le matin, c’est très bruyant.

Easy quick contact prior to arrival to ensure a late check-in, which was no problem and had fast replies through whatsapp. Located barely 10 min car ride from airport, in a quiet suburb. Room standard was below average, worn bed and interior but visibly well cleaned. Heard the elevator but no other noise and accessible shower. Beautiful inner garden and grocery store across the street. 5-10 minutes walk to a bus stop and pharmacy. Super helpful and friendly staff. Totally OK for 1 night but would look elsewhere for a longer stay. Adding hand soap to the pump by the sink in the bathroom would have raised the grade.

Lies about 24/7 front desk in description. Apparently due to staffing issues. As I was arriving at 12:30am and leaving at 6:30am I chose this hotel due to having 24/7 front desk, and when they said there would be no one there and I would have to go down a back street, put in a code, take all my luggage upstairs - as a sole female traveler I was not comfortable doing this but they would not give me a refund. I’d booked that morning for that night as I had a 7 hour stopover at Barcelona. I decided I’d feel safer staying at the airport terminal where there would at least be security. But they are absolute thieves for not refunding because they have false advertising. It’s only $100 but I will take it further with Expedia as well as they are also accountable to ensure that the information is up to date and should force properties to refund if information incorrect.
