This was a wonderful location. Beautifully renovated to welcome guests with gorgeous rooms and a great restaurant. We were only here one night on our way back to salander, but would have liked to stay longer. The staff was all friendly and helpful, and generally pleased to serve us.

This hotel is not recommended. It's a beautiful place. It's a beautiful place. The restaurant's food is very good, plus the hotel is very well maintained. It was the perfect stopover at the ports of Samoa.

This wonderful, converted monastery is a lovely, peaceful place to stay. It is conveniently located if you need to stay somewhere south of Salander after taking the ferry. The food is excellent, with hearty home cooking being cooked in the room. The rooms are tastefully designed to be comfy while remaining true to the character of this stunning structure, and the grounds are lovely. Some previous comments complained about noise. We were unable to hear a train because we were on the far side of the railway, but I wouldn't suspect that there are many. There was a wedding that ran up until early in the morning, but we could only hear the ineffective music and it didn't disturb us at all. We were in room 101, which was on the other side of the library and through a set of doors, so we were completely protected from any noise. I cannot speak highly enough of this lovely hotel. It truly is a very unique and atmospheric location.

The room was small, but very comfortable and came with a super king-size bed. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the breakfast is also delicious and plentiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and despite the place being a bit off the beaten track, there are amazing rock formations and the cannon horadada, a canyon only accessible on foot or by train.

A short distance from Montana Valdez, this charming hotel offers cozy rooms in a historic setting and a tasty restaurant. I've never stayed in the smaller rooms, but overall it was always a pleasant stay. I'm a repeat visitor to this location and have often regretted not having reserved in advance enough to it's high demand and often out of date. The last trip was taken before July 21, 2019.
