The Hotel itself is very nice, clean and organized. The only thing that I can comment about is there is no big visible sign on the name of the Hotel in front, albeit there is a small one but if you are not detail oriented, you will miss the sign. Our stay otherwise has been great. It’s near to where the metro is and staff were nice and helpful.

Exactly what you need. The necessary and big enough. Check-in was a little bit complicated... Because y didn't see the message they sent me. Very central, a lot of things in walking distance and bus stop directly in front of the door.

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen nur 3 min von der Metro Station Tirso de Molina. Frühstücken kann man sehr gut nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß (BrunchIT oder PumPum Bakery). Daher ist es überhaupt kein Problem, wenn im Hotel kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Ein 24h Carrefour ist direkt am Ausgang der Metro. Nur bei der nächtlichen Anreise haben wir uns etwas schwer getan, da uns nicht bewusst war, dass das Hotel im 5. Stock eines normalen Wohnhauses liegt und wir das Minischild am Eingang im Dunkeln nicht gesehen haben. Im Hausflur gibt es keine Hinweise auf das Hotel. Einfach in den 5. Stock fahren.. dann war der Zugang mit dem Code auch kein Problem.

The room was small but very comfortable and luxurious for its size. The building was beautiful.There is an elevator but it is VERY tiny. The location is perfect! We were able to walk everywhere with ease. Plaza Mayor, Reina Sofia Museum, many restaurants to choose from and one of the best Flamenco shows I’ve seen Tablao Flamenco 1911. Really a great hotel.

Room was large (Kingsize bed) and had a small balcony facing the road side. A/C was welcome. Bathroom was very clean & all modern. Room was next to reception desk & noise could be heard with talking in the morning people checking out. Hotel in a great location easily walkable to main sights such as Plaza Major & Puerto Sol. Staff helpful. Would stay again.

This hotel was just perfect. Located on the 5th floor of an apartment building, this hotel was just simply perfect. The room had airconditioning which was appreciated given the Spanish heat. Check-in was simple and could be done remotely. They than give you an app, which controls all the locks (the building, the floor and your room) Location wise, just minutes walking from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. In addition, metro and supermarket are at the corner of the street. Would recommend.
