La chambre était superbe, propre et bien équipée. La literie est très confortable. Le personnel est aux petits oignons. Toujours disponible et serviable. L’hôtel se situe dans la ville de Teguise qui est l’un des plus beaux villages de l’île (avec un marché énorme le dimanche). On a beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Seul bémol : le petit dej qui n’est pas sous forme de buffet et du coup, on ne peut pas choisir ce que l’on veut (mais il est bon et complet).

Great place and atmosphere. Breakfast is a very special moment with a huge variaty of homemade and fresh food. Service is the best. The rooms are beautiful, confortable and with plenty of high quality home textiles, such as linen cushions and throws. I will defentily go back.

Everything, from reception with the new friend Nicolas, the room spacious, clean, with huge bath room with natural light, best breakfast ever including Iberian ham, the freshest fruits on earth. Restaurant of extreme quality, flavor, ambiance... Teguise is the place if you like history, peace, location to reach all sides of the island. Will return definitively.

First of all, the hotel is beautiful. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you leave the rest of the world outside. If you’re looking for a quiet place, this is the right hotel. Now the restaurant, every day you wake up with a great breakfast that will keep you going for the rest of the day. And the dining experience is hard to forget. The staff is very nice and friendly. I will be definitely going back!

Beaucoup de charme pour cet établissement parfaitement tenu, très calme. Rénovation exceptionnelle d'un lieu historique. Petits déjeuners très complets, particulièrement soignés et variés. Situation parfaite au coeur du joli village de Teguise, proche de tous les sites er activites incontournables de Lanzarote. Ce superbe boutique hôtel dispose par ailleurs d'un restaurant gastronomique de haute volée.

Hotel de charme avec des chambres très joliment décorées, excellent petit déjeuner et situé dans une jolie petite ville. Mais peu de restaurants dans la ville et l'hotel ne propose qu'une option de dîner avec un menu carte en 5 ou 6 temps excellent mais qui ne peut convenir au diner tous les soirs. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons (l'hotel comme le diner!)

Lovely hotel in Teguise, We stayed in room 6 which is a very good size, and has two balconies. One overlooks the inner courtyard and the other (at the front of the hotel) has a westerly view... great for watching the sun set over the volcanoes with a sun-downer! The hotel has a very relaxed and laid-back feel, with friendly staff. Fabulous continental breakfast, and a very good restaurant too. We would definitely return.

What an experience we had today at Bodega Volcano's tasting menu. The food and wine were both excellent. But the team as a whole was fantastic. I often forget the staff behind the scenes and the front desk staff. They helped create the day. I appreciate the best tasting menu and experience. I'll be back again and the next time I visit this lovely boutique hotel. Congratulations guys, you should be proud of your ability to serve clients.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing building. This hotel is so beautiful and comfortable. This is the best hotel in Lanzarote. This is very authentic and unique.

Every time we travel to Lanzarote, we stop here once. This is a hotel that welcomes foreigners. However, you must make a reservation. They speak English. The cuisine is original and fantastic. It is expensive, but well worth the journey. Whatever you choose will be wonderful. The service is attentive and not rushed.

In early October 2022, my wife and I spent 12 days in room he. We had a great experience at Palace Ice: the welcoming staff, beautiful hotel, our room, the plentiful daily breakfasts, the evening restaurant service, and the convenient location in guise, all surpassed our expectations! The hotel's owner, console, graciously welcomed us upon arrival at Palace Ice. After a long night and day trip from Boston to Lanzarote, she greeted us and proudly explained the hotels past. We were made to feel really welcomed! The staff at the consoles were also warm and inviting. Each morning at brunch, either irene or sarah welcomed us with buenos dias and brought us a breakfast spread which included ham, local cheeses, homemade fruit juice, freshly baked bread, nicely toasted, fruit of at least five different kinds every day!, yogurt, muesli, jams, butter, cactus honey, and of course the delicious coffee drink Cafe Con Leche. They certainly made us feel extremely special. Dinner at the palace ice restaurant met the high standards of the hotel. Both the appetizers and entrees were delicious. Both the desserts and appetizers were delectable. Our fun days on lanzarote ended with a peaceful and restful night! The hotel is centrally located in
